Flatiron Pepper Co
Ingredients
~ 1lb or 15 small potatoes about 2 inches diameter
¼ cup olive oil
2 tbsp Flatiron Pepper - Sweet Heat
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp black pepper
2 tbsp parmesan cheese
Salt to taste
Fresh Rosemary
Directions
Boil potatoes in water for about 10 minutes until they’re fork tender, time will depend on size of potato
Remove boiled potatoes and pat dryFlatten or smash the potatoes with either a large fork or the bottom side of a cup, place in a bowl.
In the bowl add the oil, garlic powder, Flatiron Pepper - Sweet Heat, Black Pepper, salt to taste. Mix ingredients thoroughly until the potatoes are fully covered. Leave remaining oil in the bowl after mixing.
Place smashed potatoes in an air fryer for 10 minutes at 400 degrees, flip each over and continue for another 10 minutes. Make sure to keep an eye on them and reduce oven temperature if they look to be burning.
Remove from the air fryer and place back within the mixing bowl that still has the oil in it. Add another tbsp of oil and a few more shakes of Sweet Heat and toss again. Plate along with fresh rosemary and fresh grated parmesan cheese
